Board Meetings take place at the Newport Beach Central Public Library, 1000 Avocado Avenue, in the Charles Sword Meeting Room on the second floor OR via Zoom. Please note that dates and location are subject to change. Board Meeting agendas are posted on this web page under the Documents Tab, Board Meeting Agendas, 2025, Date of Meeting 72 hours prior to a Board Meeting. In addition to being in the documents section, a link will be included on the homepage to connect residents to the agenda. In order to accommodate homeowners wishing to attend a Board Meeting, the General Session will begin at 9:05 AM.  *Register to access Canyon Mesa Documents including board meeting agendas.
