Canyon Mesa Community Association – Painting Project Update
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAINTING PROJECT IS WELL UNDERWAY ON RUE GRAND DUCAL AND WILL PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. AS THE PROJECT CONTINUES, EACH RESIDENT WILL RECEIVE A NOTICE ON THEIR GARAGE DOOR AND/OR FRONT GATE AS TO THE DATE THAT PREMIER PAINTING WILL BE POWER-WASHING AND PAINTING YOUR HOME.
As a reminder, and per the painting selection form submitted to all members:
“HOMEOWNERS ARE REMINDED TO HAVE THE STUCCO AND WOOD INSPECTED AND REPAIRED FOR DAMAGES, WOOD-ROT, AND/OR TERMITES AHEAD OF THE PAINTING PROJECT”
Additional Reminder:
“THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE PAINTING BACKYARD OVERHANGS OR BACK FENCES OR PERSONAL ITEMS. YOU MAY REQUEST A PROPOSAL FROM PREMIER PAINTING IF YOU DESIRE TO CONTRACT WITH THEM SEPARATELY FOR THESE ITEMS”

Dear Canyon Mesa Residents:
STREET SEALING NOTIFICATION
Please note that the West Gate and Big Canyon Drive will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, from 7:00am-5:00pm. All residents, guests, and vendors during these hours will need to enter and exit through the EAST GATE and continue on Big Canyon Drive until they reach the lower portion of Rue Fontainebleau to enter the community. You will need to enter and exit the community on the lower portion of Rue Fontainebleau on this date only. The walkways will be open for foot traffic and there will also be a pedestrian access walkway across Big Canyon Drive near the upper Rue Fontainebleau entrance.
